High heels. You put a pair on then BAM, your entire outfit looks 10 times better. But then an hour later you’re wishing you’d brought flats because those pointy stilettos are killing your feet.
But, block heels?
I can wear those suckers all day long. In fact, I think block heels are the most comfortable high heels you can wear.
What kind of block heels, you might ask? Well, all kinds. Block heel sandals, block heel booties, block heels with cut outs or laces. High block heels, low block heels…you get the picture.
I might be a bit obsessed with block heels.
Which, if you follow me on Instagram, you already know. because I am regularly sporting some version of block heels on a regular basis. Whether with red pants for Valentine’s Day or for a photo shoot using my tripod, you can probably guess what you’ll be seeing on my feet.
Style and Comfort: You CAN Have Both!
I’m sure there is some kind of scientific reason to explain why block heels are so much more comfortable. It probably has to do with the heel having a larger surface area in contact with the ground or something. Whatever the reason, I get tons of compliments on my shoes and can wear them for so much longer than my stiletto style heels.
While I already have several pairs of block heels, I’m always looking to add more to my collection. I’d really like to get some more colorful pairs of shoes, instead of only buying black or tan shoes. Anyone else have that problem?
So, below you’ll find a round up of the block heels that I own (that are still in stock) and some that I’d like to own…because a girl can never have too many pairs of shoes.
Ok, that’s not true.
I’m sure you CAN have too many pairs of shoes, but I don’t think I’ve gotten to that point quite yet. Unless you ask Craig. How about we just don’t ask Craig, ok?
